Tactical Rundown
Step 1
From the home screen, select Models under the V1 Featured section. You may need to swipe the menu to find the Model card.
Step 2
Scroll the list to find a model you'd like to use. Each shows the golfer's name, upload date and time, swing recording length, video orientation (DTL for down-the-line, FO for face-on, or Back), and the club type (driver, iron, wood, etc.).
You can filter models by clicking on the funnel in the upper right-hand corner. Filtering allows you to sort by topic, point of view, and club type. Click on the boxes on the right-hand side to choose which filters you'd like to use. You can also search by clicking the magnifying glass and typing in the name of the model you're looking for.
Step 3
To view, click on the ellipsis or the ... icon on the side and click on Preview.
If you want to analyze the model, choose 'Analyze.'
Step 4
You can analyze the model by choosing a tool from the toolbox. To start recording a lesson, click on the Mic button. When you're done, you can choose the recipient and add a short note before sending it to the Athlete.
The scrubber, the forward, backward, play, and pause buttons are on the bottom of the screen, with the option to adjust or change the playback speed.
Step 5
To exit the model and return to the main list, click on the X at the top left of the screen.
FAQs for Models
How frequently are new models added?
The new V1 COACH app allows us to update more frequently. At least once a month, if not more often, we'll add brand-new content to the app.
How can I request a specific model swing?
If you're looking for a specific swing that isn't currently available, you can email us at marketing@v1sports.com.
Is it possible to upload my own model swings?
Currently, the app doesn't support uploading your own model swings. However, if you wish to use your own model swing library, please contact your Customer Success representative for assistance.
