Requesting Payment for Airbnb Extra Services

  1. You can request money through Aircover by going to your messages with the desired guest.
    - From here you will go to the reservation details
    - The guest will have 36 hours to respond to your Aircover request. If there is no response after 36 hours OR if they decline within the 36 hour window. You can involve Airbnb to escalate the case. ( This includes but is not limited to: early Check In Fees, Late Check Out fees, Extra Guest Fees, Pet Fees)

2 Click "Send or request money"

3 Click "Request money"

4. If you're claiming for damages, missing items, smoking in the unit, extra cleanings etc. You will need to select "Extra services"

5 Fill in all the prompts. The more detail the better.

6. If you want to charge for date changes or extra guests/ decreasing guest amount. You will need to select "Change dates or guests". Then follow the prompts
