What You Need

To find and review your AirCover claims, you’ll need your reservation details, the claim ID (if available), and any supporting photos, screenshots, or messages you submitted. These help you track your claim accurately and respond to any updates quickly.

Step 1. Navigate to https://www.airbnb.com/resolutions
Find the applicable cases for the month (Only damages count as Aircover claims

and will not be added as revenue)

NOTE: There are some Aircover cases that count as revenue, such as;

1. Extra guest fees
2. Extra cleaning
3. Late checkout
4. Early check in
5. Pet fees Overall extra services count as revenue

Step 2. Click "Review details"

Step 3. Click "Show more"
