If reviews are long and in-depth it is better than short one sentence reviews
See if hosts have revealed the guest’s full name in the review
If they reveal their full name you are able to maybe search their social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
If the guest does not have a 5.0 star rating look for the bad reviews and see what they say

2) Are any of the guests smokers? Yes or No If yes, please note that we do not allow smoking inside the home!

4) Will there be a total of X guests?
5) What is your relationship with the other guests? (Sometimes the guest will tell you who they are traveling with, so no need to ask again)
6) Have you and other guests read and agree to our house rules?
7) Once we accept the booking, are you willing and able to provide a photo ID that matches your AirBNB profile?

Can I check-in early?
Hi (Guest Name), we will try our best to accommodate your request, but we will not know until closer to check-in date. If there is a guest checking out the same morning, usually the earliest check-in time we can accommodate is 3pm. We want to ensure you have a safe and clean home to stay in.

There is usually a late check out fee but we can accommodate a late check out time of 11am at no charge. In return, it would be great if you could help provide us a 5-star review.
