✅ Prerequisites

  • Guest booking has been accepted on Airbnb

  • You have access to the booking details (guest name, check-in date, number of guests, etc.)


📋 Steps

  1. Personalize the Message

    • Use the guest’s first name.

    • Confirm booking details (check-in date, number of nights, number of guests).

  2. Send the Booking Confirmation Message:

Hi [Guest First Name],

Thank you so much for booking with us — we're really excited to host you!

Just confirming your reservation details:

Your stay begins on [Check-in Date] for [Number of Nights] with [Number of Guests].
