Steps – How to Set Up Automated Messages in Hostaway
Log into Hostaway:
Go to Hostaway DashboardNavigate to Inbox:
Click onInbox
from the left-side menu.Open Automations:
Click theAUTOMATIONS
tab.Create a New Message:

to begin building your automated message.Name Your Automation:
Give the message a clear, descriptive title (e.g., “Check-in Instructions”).Set the Subject Line:
