A kind reminder to please send photos and a video of any damages per below areas:
• Stained bed sheets
• Stained towels
• Stained carpet
• Food left inside the fridge
• Broken furniture
• Anything else that is broken
• damaged/stained walls
• Stained couches
• Stained chairs
• Report any missing items.
• Check dishes in the drawers and make sure they are clean
• Throw out all food remainders from the previous guest.
• Clean fridge, freezer, and microwaves in and out.
Please ensure to leave the thermostat at 23 degrees (73F) after your cleaning

General Cleaning
1. Living Room:
- Dust all surfaces, including shelves, picture frames, and decorations.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Clean windows and window sills.
- Wipe down all electronics and ensure remotes are placed in their designated spots.
- Arrange furniture neatly.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Remove fingerprints from the TV.
2. Bedrooms:
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly.
- Dust all surfaces, including nightstands, dressers, and lamps.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Clean mirrors and windows.
- Check under beds for any items left behind.
- Arrange pillows and cushions neatly.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Remove fingerprints from the TV.
3. Bathrooms:
- Clean and disinfect the toilet, shower, and sink.
- Wipe down mirrors and any glass surfaces.
- Replace used towels with clean ones.
- Refill toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper).
- Clean floors and ensure no hair or debris is left behind.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
4. Kitchen:
- Clean and disinfect countertops, sink, and all appliances (microwave, oven, fridge).
- Empty and clean the fridge of any perishable items left by guests.
- Wipe down cabinets and drawers.
- Sweep and mop the floor.
- Wash, dry, and put away any dishes left behind.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
5. Dining Area:
- Wipe down the table and chairs.
- Clean floors.
- Arrange table settings if applicable.
- Dust any surfaces and decorations.
