What You Need
Admin access to both your Stripe account(s) and the Hostaway Dashboard
Multiple Stripe accounts, if you are managing payments per listing
Steps
Connect Stripe at the Account Level (Main Stripe Account)
Log in
Log into both your main Stripe account and your Hostaway Dashboard.Navigate to Integrations
In Hostaway, go to the sidebar and select:
Settings → IntegrationsActivate Stripe
Under the “Stripe (upgrade)” section, click Activate.Authorize Stripe
You’ll be redirected to Stripe. Confirm the connection with your Stripe account.Return to Hostaway
After authorization, you’ll be redirected back to the Hostaway Dashboard, where the Stripe integration should now show as Active.
Connect Stripe at the Listing Level (for Multiple Stripe Accounts)
Start with Main Stripe Account
Make sure your main Stripe account is already connected at the account level.Log Out of Main Stripe Account
Go to Stripe.com and log out of the main account.Log Into Listing-Specific Stripe Account
Log into the Stripe account associated with the individual listing.Go to the Listing in Hostaway
In Hostaway, go to:
Listings → Select a specific listing → Click EditOpen Payment Accounts Tab
Navigate to the Payment Accounts tab for that listing.Connect Stripe
Click Connect under the Stripe (upgrade) option. This will redirect you to Stripe.Authorize Connection
Approve the connection and you will be redirected back to Hostaway. Stripe should now be connected to this specific listing.
