Steps
Log in
Go to Hostaway Dashboard and log in.Access Inbox
Click on "Inbox" in the left-hand navigation menu.
3. Open Automations
In the Inbox page, click the “AUTOMATIONS” tab.
4. Create New Message
Click “Create new” to start a new automation.
5. Name Your Automated Message
Give your message a descriptive name for internal reference (e.g., “Check-in Instructions”).
6. Enter a Subject
This will be the subject line of the email sent to guests and applies to messages on booking platforms as well.
7. Write the Message Content
Create the message body using your own text or copy a template from the Automated Message Templates.
8. Use Dynamic Fields

9. Set the Event Trigger
