1 Navigate to https://dashboard.hostaway.com/overview
2 Click on "Inbox"
3 Click "AUTOMATIONS"
4 Click "Create new"
5 Name your automated message
6. Enter a subject. This message will send out as email and through the booking platform.
7 You can create your desired automated message here. Hostaway Automated Message Templates:

8. "Fields" will pull up a menu of commands. Use these codes based on what context you you are providing for your guest.
9. Open up "Event Trigger".
By selecting one of the options from the drop down menu, this will trigger the message you created to send out based on that selected event.
10 Select the properties the automated message applies to
11 Ensure this is always off.
12 Click "Save"
