How to Complete Guest Reviews

This explains how to correctly and efficiently leave guest reviews on Airbnb after each stay, especially when no damages are reported. Providing consistent and professional feedback supports our credibility and reputation as hosts.


Why This Matters

Guest reviews help maintain a strong host profile on Airbnb. Positive, consistent reviews increase our chances of attracting respectful guests and maintaining Superhost status. It also reinforces our standards for guest behavior and cleanliness.


What You Need

  • Cleaner has confirmed that no damages were found after the guest’s stay

  • You have access to the Airbnb host account

  • You’re within the Airbnb review window (14 days after checkout)


Steps – How to Complete Guest Reviews

Step 1: Confirm No Damages Were Reported

  • Check with your cleaner or review their report.

  • If no damages were found, proceed with the review.

  • If there were damages, follow the AirCover SOP instead.


Step 2: Complete the Public Review Section

Use the following standard message:

“[Guest’s First Name] was a great guest. He/She followed all house rules and left the place clean.”

(Adjust pronouns as necessary)


Step 3: Leave the Private Note Blank

  • Do not add anything in the private note section unless there’s important feedback the guest should see.


Step 4: Fill Out the Star Ratings

  • Cleanliness – 5 stars

  • Communication – 5 stars

  • House Rules – 5 stars


Step 5: Answer the Hosting Question

  • “Would you host this guest again?” → Select Yes

You’ve successfully submitted a clean review. Repeat this process for all guests without incidents.
