Cleaner has confirmed that no damages were found after the guest’s stay
You have access to the Airbnb host account
You’re within the Airbnb review window (14 days after checkout)
Steps – How to Complete Guest Reviews
✅ Step 1: Confirm No Damages Were Reported
Check with your cleaner or review their report.
If no damages were found, proceed with the review.
If there were damages, follow the AirCover SOP instead.
