Send a message to the guest after submitting their review to thank them again, encourage a reciprocal review, and prompt any final feedback (if they haven’t already shared it).


Why This Matters

  • Encourages guests to leave a 5-star review in return

  • Maintains a warm, professional relationship even after checkout

  • Gives guests a final chance to offer private feedback before posting public reviews


What You Need

  1. You have submitted the review for the guest

  2. The guest has not yet left their review

  3. No feedback was received after the "10:15AM Post-Checkout" message
    (If feedback was received, skip the reminder part about providing feedback)


Steps

  1. Send This Message After Submitting the Review
    Customize and send the message below to the guest through Airbnb or your messaging platform:

Hi [Guest Name],

Just left you a 5-star review! ⭐

Thanks again for staying with us — it was a pleasure to host you 😊

We’d really appreciate it if you could take a moment to leave us a 5-star review as well!

If there’s anything you think we could improve on, feel free to share your feedback too — we're always looking to make the experience better.

Skip the feedback reminder and just send:
