What You Need
Access to the Wyze app (logged in to the host/admin account)
The Wyze Lock must already be installed and connected
Keypad must be installed and synced with the lock
Steps
1. Open the Wyze App
Launch the Wyze app on your mobile device.
Tap the Wyze Lock for which you want to create or manage a code.
2. Access Lock Settings
Tap the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner to open Settings.
3. Go to Access Code Settings
Tap Keypad Settings
Then select Access Codes
4. Create or Modify a Code
To create a guest code: Tap "Create a Guest Code"
To change your personal code: Tap "Reset Code"
