Post Set-Up Checklist

  1. Take a video of yourself opening and closing the lockbox for the guest and the lockbox for the spare key. We would like to use this to instruct our guests on opening the lockboxes.

  2. Take a video of yourself walking from the parking area to the lockboxes for the keys to the building. We would like to use this to direct our guests on getting to the lockboxes.

  3. What are the lockbox codes?
    ​

  4. What are the codes for the locked cleaner’s closet?
    ​

  5. Check that hot water is working for all the faucets in each unit.

    1. Washroom Sink Faucet

    2. Kitchen Sink Faucet

  6. Check that all appliances are working in each unit.

    1. Stove

    2. Oven

    3. Dish washer

    4. Fridge

    5. Laundry Machine

    6. Dryer

  7. Please check TV - is it set up and hooked up to the Internet?
    ​

  8. Check that all toilets flush properly in each unit.
    ​

  9. Check that consumables and cleaning supplies are set up and stocked for each unit.
    ​

  10. Check that thermostat (AC and Heating) is working properly
    ​

  11. Take VIDEO of how to use the thermostat and the location of the thermostat
    ​

  12. Please help provide location of the electrical panel
    ​

  13. Location of internet router
