To make rent payments seamless and transparent, Vacarya manages all building rental payments through a secure portal. This ensures that your rent, utilities, and any additional charges are processed on time each month and that you always have clear documentation for your records.
How Rent Payments Work
Provide Your Bank Details
To set up recurring rent payments, you’ll need to share the following information with our team:Name on bank account
Routing number
Bank account number
Business or personal account designation
First & last name of account holder
Date of birth
Mobile number
Billing address
Your information is stored securely in the building rent portal and used only for processing rent-related transactions.
Monthly Rent Processing
Rent payments are reviewed and processed by our Accounts Team on the 1st of each month.
Your account will be charged for:
Monthly rent
Utilities
Any applicable miscellaneous charges (e.g., replacement keys, late fees, etc.).
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account to cover these payments.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is completed, our team will upload both a screenshot of the receipt and a copy of the ledger to your AppFolio account.
These can be found under Shared Documents for your records.
Paying By Credit Card
Some clients want to pay by Credit Card to increase their US credit score. This is an option.
These are the details we would need:
Card number
Expiration date
CVV
Name on card
Date of birth
Mobile Number
Billing Address
Some portals will accept Amex, others don't. If you want to pay with AMEX and the portal does not allow it, we can help. You can pay via our payment link.

- Select “Rent"
- Please pay the rent amounts for each unit separately, + 3.5% credit card processing fees
- Then send a screenshot of the payment to your group chat
