How to sign your lease agreement?

This SOP applies to all clients involved in property acquisition, legal review, and onboarding for arbitrage units.

Updated over 2 months ago

Why This Matters

Your License Agreement formalises the terms under which you are authorised to occupy and operate the unit. It outlines the rights, obligations, and conditions agreed between all parties. Signing the agreement confirms your acceptance of these terms and ensures everything is properly in place for your licence to begin smoothly and as agreed.

For your reference, you will find a link to a copy of the unit lease agreement on page 18

After you have confirmed and secured your chosen unit, we will issue your License Agreement for signing once the lease with the building has been completed. This usually occurs during the project phase, and the agreement will be sent before your lease start date.
