AppFolio is our property management software, and it will be your main platform for account and property management. Any maintenance requests should be submitted through AppFolio so our team can track and resolve them efficiently.
We also post monthly charges in AppFolio. For example, if you subscribe to our tech stack or other services, those fees will appear in your AppFolio account and can be paid directly through the portal.

Having proper access to the Baetelle AppFolio portal is critical because it allows you to manage leases, payments, and property maintenance requests efficiently. It reduces errors, prevents delays in operations, ensures compliance with property agreements, and helps maintain accurate records. Secure access also protects sensitive information and supports smooth communication with Baetelle LP.
Step 1: Please check your inbox for an automated email from Baetelle LP containing your activation link. If you have already signed your lease, you can log in using your existing credentials.
Step 2: Go to the AppFolio login page batelle.appfolio.com. Enter your registered email and password.
Step 3: Confirm you can view assigned properties or documents. Report any missing permissions in our WhatsApp Group Chat.
