How does Vadio work?
No downloads: Participants don’t need to download any application. Everything works through a simple link that opens in the browser.
Send invitation via SMS: From the admin panel, you can send an SMS invitation directly to the customer. The customer clicks the link and joins the call without any registration needed.
Save travel time and costs: By using video inspections, you can avoid unnecessary travel, saving both time and money.
Documentation: During the call, you can take screenshots or make recordings for documentation purposes.
