Ibland kan man bli tvungen att manuellt installera en uppdatering (hotfix) för sin OBM/ACB-klient. Detta händer när vår leverantör upptäckt något fel, och man vill installera uppdateringen innan det finns en officiell version att uppgradera till.
Eftersom detta är något som kräver lite tekniska kunskaper så kommer instruktionen på engelska.
Text och länk nedan är för hotfix v7.11.0.17 som kom i juni 2017
For the OBM, the fix is based on v7.11.0.10 or above,
you need to patch your AhsayOBM / AhsayACB to v7.11.0.10 before applying the hotfix:

Please download the hotfix here:
http://download.ahsay.com/dev/hot-fixes/711/711016/obc-all-hotfix-task17721.zip
After that, please apply the above hotfix by following the instruction below:
1. Close OBM interface
2. Stop OBM service(includes CBT Cluster, OBScheduler)
3. Extract the hotfix into $OBM_HOME to overwrite the existing "bin" folder
4. Restart OBM service
