When creating a request, Valcori will ask you to choose between an open and a closed envelope. What does this mean?
Open envelope: As soon as the supplier publishes its answers, you will be able as a buyer to see the input of that supplier. By this means you can monitor your suppliers' answers continuously.
Closed envelope: When a supplier publishes its answers, you will not be able as a buyer to see the answers immediately. You will only see the answers of all your suppliers when the scheduled end date of the request has passed.
