A questionnaire (or Request for Information, RfI) allows your team to ask any multiple-choice or open questions to the suppliers.

How to create a questionnaire?

Step 1. Click add new request at the bottom of your tender.

Step 2. Choose 'Questionnaire' as request type when creating a request, complete the information and click the "create" button.

Step 3. Click 'Add' to add the first section to your questionnaire.

You can now name your section and add a weight to it. When you're done adding sections, click "save".

Step 4. Create open or multiple-choice questions or pick questions from our template library

Once you created a section, you can add questions yourself, select questions from our template library or let our AI question builder generate questions for you.
