It is possible to assign weights on three different levels to indicate the importance level: on sections, on questions and on answers. These weights will have an impact on the suppliers’ ranking in the final report.

Sections

  1. Click 'Edit'.

  2. Assign your preferred weight to the correct section(s).

  3. Click 'Save' to save the weights.

Closed questions

  1. Click on your question to open it and then click 'Edit question'.

  2. In case of multiple choice questions, assign your preferred weight to the question and answers. In case of open questions, assign your preferred weight to the question. You can score the answer after the supplier has responded.

  3. Assign red flags to the undesirable answers. If a supplier selects an answer that is linked to a red flag, you will be notified as a buyer in the report. The red flag has no further consequences in the system, it is up to the buyer to decide if the supplier can continue in the tender process.

  4. Click 'Save changes' to save the weights and red flags.
