Suppliers get different status labels depending on their stage in the answering process. You can find in each request the status of each supplier under the tab "suppliers".
These are the different status labels and their meaning:
The supplier is invited for your request but has not accepted the invitation yet.
The supplier has accepted your invitation and is currently working on its offer.
The supplier has published its answers.
The supplier is recalling its published answers. As a buyer you are able to accept or decline this recall. When accepting, the supplier will be 'active' again and will be able to change its answers.
The supplier has declined your invitation or doesn't want to participate anymore after accepting the invitation.
