When you publish your answers, they are officially sent to the buyer and cannot be changed anymore. However, you have the option to recall your answers after publishing them. The buyer will then accept or decline your request for recall.

Why recalling?

After publishing your answers you might want to change your offer because of something you would like to add or because you have made a mistake in your answers. Therefor you can recall your answer.

How to recall your answers?

  1. Select the published request for which you want to recall your answers.

  2. Click on 'Recall answers' on the right and confirm that you want to recall your answers.

  3. You can now see that the status of the request has changed to 'recalling'. The buyer will now have to accept your request. Upon acceptance, you will be notified and able to change your answers.

  4. Once you have made the changes, you can submit your answers again.
