If your supplier is not responding, you have various ways to send reminders and make sure they receive the invitation.
1) Using the automatic reminder function
When navigating to the supplier page of your request, you can click "Details" for the supplier that is not responding.
If the supplier still has any other status than "published", you will be able to send him a reminder. Simply click "send invitation reminder" and the supplier will be notified via email.
2) Using the automatic reminder button
In rare cases, because of strict spam filters, it could be that the supplier is not receiving emails from the system. In such case, we advise to ask your supplier to check his spam folder and mark the emails from "app@valcori.com" as "not spam".

In such a scenario, you can also send a personal email using your work email address and add a personal invitation link. This way, the supplier will receive an email from directly you and by clicking the link, he will be redirected to his invitation.

Be careful: these are personal invite links, every supplier has a different link. Please do not send this link to multiple suppliers at once.
