The VFN brings together an exceptional group of Black founders in order to get more Black-owned businesses’ funding. We primarily help founders access capital through introductions to investors in our network. Additionally, we encourage organic discovery and connections between investors and founders to happen directly on our site through messaging and Boosts. These connections also can be sparked through our exclusive events, community groups, and newsletter and social platforms which feature companies and trends .

For founders not yet ready to raise a round, we also offer educational content supplemented by our event series and community support groups as well as mentorship sessions via our Boost Challenge. We bridge the gap between Black founders and investors. Our goal is to get more Black-owned businesses funded.
