For each amenity, residents can choose whether they will be home or grant home access.

In cases where a resident has granted access, we currently have two access solutions:

  1. Request a key from community management for each service.
  2. Receive a e-key provided by the resident. 

For either solution, the resident will fill out a physical or digital form and provide it to the community authorizing management to grant a key to Valet Living.
