Clients can record observations via the MyValet mobile application or via desktop. Observation types go beyond just trash and provide a full community experience. To download the application search for "MyValet" in the Google Play or Apple App Store.
Observations MyValet App:
Select "Record an Observation"
Select "Observation Type"
Take a Photo Using Phone Camera or Upload Saved Photo/s
Add Community, Location, and Notes
Select Submit
Observations MyValet Desktop:
Select the "Observations" Tab
Select "Community Observations"
Select "Add Community Observation"
Add Photo/s, "Community", "Location", "Observation Type" and "Notes/Comments"
Select "Submit"
After submission, the observation is immediately available in the "Community Observations" section of MyValet. Clients can document, save as PDF, or word, and send as email or text.
