Acceptance Criteria:
Adyen supports WEX and other fleet cards only if they are co-branded with major card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
Co-branded cards are processed through the corresponding card network’s infrastructure.
Setup Requirements:
No additional setup is required for co-branded cards; they are treated like standard credit or debit cards.
Non-co-branded WEX or fleet cards are not supported by Adyen at this time.
Merchant Guidance:
Advise merchants to verify if the fleet card is co-branded.
If not co-branded, inform them that acceptance through Adyen is currently unavailable.
