Portal Update — April 30, 2026

We've released several updates to the portal today covering Deposits, Disputes, and Merchant Applications. Here's a summary of what's changed.

Deposits — New: Pending Payout Info Banner

The portal now displays an informational banner explaining that deposits and payouts can take up to 48 hours to move out of a pending state while processing is underway. This update helps set clearer expectations around payout timing and reduces confusion about when funds will be available.

Disputes — Full Permission Management Now Available

Administrators can now control which team members have access to Disputes features within the portal.

  • Partner Admins can grant Disputes access to merchant admins and regular users.

  • Merchant Admins can grant Disputes access to regular users, provided they hold the permission themselves.

Dispute access is enabled by default for new brand admins, and merchant admins have full Disputes permissions by default.

Disputes — Disputes Section Moved Out of Payments

The Disputes tab that previously appeared within payment transaction details has been removed. All dispute management is now located in the dedicated Disputes section of the portal. This change consolidates dispute-related activity into a single, consistent location.

Merchant Applications — Rate Editing Fix

We've resolved an issue where clicking into a rate field for a card type that had never been configured would immediately trigger a validation error and prevent saving. Rate fields for new card types can now be freely interacted with without triggering an error.
