Hi Everyone,

Happy Thursday! We are excited to share that we are rolling out several updates to the Valpay Portal today, January 29th. These enhancements are designed to streamline your workflow and improve your overall dashboard experience.

Here is a breakdown of what you can expect to see in today's release:

🚀 What’s New

  • Mobile View Support: The Home dashboard is now fully optimized for mobile, so you can manage your business from anywhere.

  • Enhanced Metrics: We’ve added new summary tiles to the Home dashboard for clearer transaction metric displays.

  • PDF Exports: You can now export your Home dashboard data directly to a PDF.

  • Smarter Navigation: We’ve implemented URL deep-linking for high-priority pages and added quick-date range buttons to the dashboard.

  • Persistent Filters: Your filter choices will now stay active as you navigate between different pages.

  • Transaction Fees: New support has been added for card-not-present-specific transaction fees on discounting forms.

🛠️ Improvements & Fixes

  • Merchant Statements: We have resolved the issue regarding missing Merchant Statements for Oct-Dec 2025.

  • ACH Payments: Fixed a bug where the Cardholder Name was missing for ACH payments.

  • Cleaner UI: We’ve fixed the excessive blank space and truncated numbers on the Home dashboard for better readability.

  • Timezone Clarity: Display names for timezones are now user-friendly, and settlement times will no longer shift based on your browser's local time.

  • Accessibility: The void/refund button has been moved to the top of the transaction details drawer for quicker access.

  • Data Accuracy: We resolved an issue regarding overcounting chargebacks and fixed rate-update bugs related to AMEX Direct/Optblue.

  • Personalized Experience: The portal now greets you using your first and last name rather than your email address.

🔍 On Our Radar

We are also finalizing work on the following tentative update:

  • Adding a checkbox filter to include or exclude authorizations from your Home dashboard.
