π Step-by-Step: How to Purchase Seats
Log into your organization account
Ensure youβre logged into your account and that your organization (CustomerName.io) has been created in the platform.
2. Click "Purchase Seats"
On your dashboard, click the "Purchase Seats" button. A pop-up window will appear.
Select your preferred currencyβUSD is selected by default.
3. Choose Your Seats
A "Purchase Additional Seats" dialog will open.
You can use the "+" and "β" buttons to select the number of seats you need for each role.
To get started, select 1 VE (Value Engineer) seat.
4. Review Summary
The right side of the window shows you the selected number of seats and the total price.
5. Complete Purchase
Click "Purchase Seats", enter your payment details, and click "Pay" to finalize. Press "Back to Seat Selection" to edit the # of seats and Roles.

Upgrade Complete
Once payment is processed, your paid plan is activated, and you're ready to onboard your team.

After upgrading, scroll down to the Team Members section, where you can:

AE (Account Exec) | Full access except research capabilities |
SDR/BDR | Access to predefined templates, data inputs, reports, and outreach generators |
π§ Assigning or Changing Team Member Roles
After your payment is successfully processed, you can assign or change team member roles:
Go to the Team Members section.
Locate the user whose role you want to update.
Click the three dots (

) next to their email address.Select "Change Role" from the dropdown menu.
In the pop-up window, choose the appropriate role(s) for that user.
π You can assign multiple roles to a user if you want them to have broader access, such as account management, billing, or admin capabilities.
