If questionnaires are linked to an object's definition, BlueDolphin will show one tab for each questionnaire for any object of that object type.
Below you can see that the object "Accounting" has two questionnaires - "Business goals" and "Business object Attributes". Each tab shows the questions (also known as fields or attributes) of that questionnaire.
In the table below is the description of icons found on the right-hand side of each question:
