How to check on which views an object is used

An object's Views tab shows the views where this object is present. You can see this in the example below:

  1. There is one official BPMN view for this object.

Note: This only applies to the objects that are derived from the ArchiMate Business Process definition.

  • There are two other views - one ArchiMate and one BPMN.

To open a view from the list, click on the view.

If you want to create a new BPMN view that uses this object as its pool, click New BPMN view.

View BPMN Diagrams Connected to Business Process

To view all the BPMN diagram(s) connected to the selected business process,

  1. Select the business process object from the Objects tab.

  2. Open the object side panel to see all the tabs and click Views.

  3. Click the Open in Processes button to navigate to the process details page.

In the process details page, all the diagrams connected to the object are listed in the Diagrams section.
