Overview
You can create customizable groups within their PDF and digital reports. These groups can refer to locations, tube stations, space types, or any other desired category.
Each group can be individually named and described, allowing prospects to navigate better through the reports and, consequently, shortening the time to convert on a deal.
Within each group, the sorting order can be manually adjusted, effectively increasing the customization of each created report. Additionally, the groups themselves can be reordered manually as well.
Benefits:
More customisation of your proposals
Easier navigation for potential occupants within your proposal

How to use it?
Navigate to an individual opportunity page & click on "Group Buildings".
After clicking on "Group Buildings" a new group can be created via the "Add group" button.
Next, the group name must be defined, and an optional description can be added as long as it is below 200 characters.
Following that, any building within the shortlist of that opportunity can be dragged into the desired group and manually sorted in the dedicated order of display. As many buildings as desired can be added to a specific group.
Unlimited, additional groups can be added via the "Add group" button below the initial group.
Any building, that is not associated to a specific group will be listed, under "Others" at the end of the list.
The sorting of each group can be rearranged via the up and down button in the top right corner of each group.
Back at the individual opportunity overview, the buildings are sorted within their corresponding group. When adding buildings after the creation of groups, they will automatically be moved into the "Others" category. Within the grouping functionality, that building can be dragged and dropped again into the corresponding group.
When generating a pdf report, each group will have an additional scheduler as their visual separator in the report.
Within the digital report each group can be collapsed or expanded, to increase the focus of the prospect.
