What's New?

Agents can directly submit requests for new building listings on the Valve platform and instantly utilise submitted buildings within proposals.

All submissions are subject to CS approval and remain private for anyone else until reviewed and approved.

How to Use It

  1. Submit a New Building:

    • In the Map page, click Submit New in the sidebar header to open the "Submit Building" drawer.

    • Enter required details (building name, website, email, address, amenities, and photos).

    • Select an existing operator or submit a new operator to the platform. Valve will reach out to the operator to properly onboard them or their inventory to the platform and ensure highest content quality.

  2. Add to Proposals:

    • Submitted buildings can be instantly added to proposals, regardless of their approval status. If marked inactive later by the Valve team, the building will be removed from the marketplace and any opportunity.

  3. Track Submissions:

    • View submitted buildings, including those pending approval, on the Map or sidebar. Each submitted building will be added to the sidebar and map and upon hovering over them, you can see the status of the submission. Edits to submitted buildings are not possible during the review process.

  4. Valve Quality Review:

    • Valve will review the new submissions and upon alignment with the operator, reserves the right to publish them on the marketplace or not.

Trouble-shooting

Question 1: I submitted a building and now I can't see it anymore on my proposal.

  • Answer: In this case, the building was reassigned to the original operator, who decided to make it private. In this case reach out to the operator directly and submit your lead directly via mail or phone.

Question 2: I submitted a building, but I can't edit any details afterwards.

  • Answer: This is correct. You can only add additional details on your proposal directly.
