Overview:

Create live, interactive, and engaging Digital Proposal Links instead of traditional PDF reports to share potential building options with your prospects.

Benefits:

  • Live Updates: Any changes made within your opportunity are instantly updated and displayed live in the digital proposal.

  • Engagement Tracking: Monitor how your prospects interact with your digital proposal. Track metrics such as proposal opening rates, last viewing times, and preferences for specific buildings or options.

  • Enhanced Customisation: Personalise messages to your prospect, add their logos, or highlight their current office location directly in the report.

  • Pre & Post Touring Proposals: Use digital proposals to schedule tours via email or Calendly integrations, and reuse them to send post-touring reports with attached contracts.

Access:

  • This feature requires an additional license and is available only for the following product tiers:

    • Agent Professional

    • Agent Professional+

    • Agent Enterprise

How-to-Use:

  • Click on Generate Report in the bottom right corner of an individual proposal.

  • Choose the Digital Report as proposal type

  • Personalise the proposal prompt. This message is shown to the prospect, when opening the digital proposal. This is an optional field, we otherwise populate a standard message. Within the application settings you can create as well a default message.

  • Add a prospect logo to personalise the proposal for your client. If you don't like the logo, you can always remove it afterwards. The position of the logo cannot be changed in the proposal.

  • After clicking "Next" you can choose a customer prompt.

  1. Choose between a pre or post touring customer prompt. These prompts are shown as the primary button in the digital report.

  2. When a prospect clicks on "Request tour", you will receive an e-mail notification, that they want to tour the space.

  3. When a prospect clicks on "Request contract", you will receive an e-mail notification, that they want receive contract for that space.

  4. When selecting "Sign contract", you can attach any link to each "Sign contact" button, like docusign links. If a building has no associated link, the button naming will fall back to "Request contract".

  5. Lastly, as an agent user you can select if you want to share the operator details or not with your prospect via the toggle "Include operator's details".

  • Lastly, preview the link and check everything is correct in the proposal. If you are happy with the populated content, you can now use the link as well to share with your prospect.

  • After sharing a Digital Proposal with a prospect, you can track live engagement with the proposal. You will see,

  1. when was the last time they viewed the report,

  2. how many times have they viewed the report,

  3. what do they like,

  4. which buildings don't they like or

  5. even request changes to the proposed list of buildings

Troubleshooting:

  1. Problem: "The total views are not updating when I open it."

    • Answer: Total views will update only when the prospect accepts cookie settings.

  2. Problem: "When I change details in my opportunity, does the prospect see it immediately?"

    • Answer: Yes, it's a live report, so updates are seen instantly.
