Keeping your Options in Valve updated is crucial. This guide provides a concise walkthrough for editing your existing space listings on Valve. By following these steps, you can ensure your spaces are portrayed accurately and appealingly, increasing the chances of catching the eye of potential tenants and brokers.

  1. Starting the Process

    • Locate the space listing you wish to update and click on the ellipses and then the "Edit" button.

    • You'll see a form with 2 tabs: General and Media.

    • Navigate through the General Tab, updating any required fields as necessary.

  2. General Tab

    • Adjust the Visibility setting if required. Remember, "Public" makes the space visible to brokers, while "Private" keeps it hidden.

    • Revise the Space Name if needed.

    • Change the Space Type if necessary. Options include Managed space (license), Private office, Membership, Prebuilt space (lease), Coworking desks, Meeting Room, or Not specified.

    • Update the Description for the space to reflect any changes or improvements.

    • Modify the Availability Status as required, options include Available, Occupied, or Under Offer.

    • If applicable, change the Availability Date.

    • Update the Placement of the space if necessary, options are Entire Floor, Exterior, Interior, or Not Specified.

    • Select a new Floor # if the space has been moved.

    • Revise the Space Size, ensuring to select the correct measurement units.

    • Adjust the Number of Desks available in the space, either as a range or a single value.

    • Update the Monthly Cost of Occupancy, again either as a range or a single value.

  3. Media Tab

    • This is your chance to refresh your space listing with updated photos.

    • Replace or add new photos into the section, or click "Add file" to select from your computer. Photos should be JPG, PNG, or WEBP files, no larger than 10Mb.

    • You can also delete your photos by pressing the trash bin icon in the top right hand corner of each photo’s thumbnail.

  4. Finalizing Your Space Update

    • After you've navigated through all the tabs and added your updated photos, click the "Save" button.

    • Your updated space is now live on Valve!

Keeping your space listings up-to-date is crucial in presenting an accurate picture of what you offer to potential tenants and brokers. This helps in maintaining a reliable and trustworthy profile on Valve. Happy updating!
