This article is your step-by-step guide to creating new Options within your buildings on Valve. We'll go through each part of the listing, from the general details to media upload, ensuring you have all the tools to create a detailed and engaging Option. The right information can make your space an attractive option for potential tenants.

  1. Starting the Process

    • Click on the "Create New Space" button.

    • A form with 2 tabs will appear: General and Media.

    • Start with the General Tab and fill in all the required fields. Remember, adding as many data points as possible increases the likelihood of appearing in an Agent's search results.

  2. General Tab

    • Select the appropriate Visibility setting. "Public" will make the space visible to brokers, while "Private" keeps it hidden.

    • Input the Space Name.

    • Choose the Space Type from the following options: Managed space (license), Private office, Membership, Prebuilt space (lease), Coworking desks, Meeting Room, or Not specified.

    • Write a detailed Description for the space.

    • Select the Availability Status from these options: Available, Occupied, or Under Offer.

    • Pick an Availability Date when the space will be ready for occupation.

    • Choose the Placement of the space: Entire Floor, Exterior, Interior, or Not Specified.

    • Select the Floor # the space is located on.

    • Enter the Space Size, ensuring to select the correct measurement units.

    • Input the Number of Desks available in the space, either as a range or a single value.

    • Provide the Monthly Cost of Occupancy, again either as a range or a single value.

  3. Media Tab

    • Here, you can enhance your space listing with photos.

    • Drag and drop photos into the section, or click "Add file" to select from your computer. Photos should be JPG, PNG, or WEBP files, no larger than 10Mb.

  4. Finalizing Your Space Listing

    • Once you've filled out all the tabs and added your photos, click the "Create" button.

    • Your new space is now live on Valve!

An engaging and detailed space listing will help potential tenants visualize their business in your space. The more information and images you provide, the more likely an agent will consider your space for their clients. Happy listing!
