For Vanta's Global Support team, helping our customers is our calling.

Support Hours

  • Support is provided 24 hours daily, 5 days a week (M-F) and during US and local holidays*.

  • Support live chat is available Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM ET / 11 AM—10 PM GMT.

*At a reduced capacity during US and local holidays

When to Contact Support

  • You experience errors or abnormal behavior of the Vanta Platform

  • You have an issue requiring diagnosis and resolution of Vanta platform issues

  • You have Vanta product questions (including compliance and best practices)

Providing the following information enables us to promptly and effectively address your needs:

  • Aspects of the Service that are unavailable or not functioning correctly

  • Incident's impact on users

  • Start time of Incident

  • List of steps to reproduce the Incident

  • Relevant log files or data

  • The wording of any error message

Our support channels are readily available throughout the Vanta Platform and are easily accessible with our in-app support widget.
