Any Vantage customer can cancel, and restart their package at any time. 

We can not cancel your advertising package for you through an email request but you can cancel your advertising package yourself by going to Settings > Billing then clicking the link to cancel that reads 'Cancel Advertising Package.' You can also navigate there by clicking this link.

Once your package has been canceled you will continue to have access to Vantage's tools until the end of the billing period at which time any running or paused campaigns will be terminated, and a refund for any additional unused ad spend over the amount of 10 dollars will be triggered.

If for any reason you are planning on not using your Vantage advertising package but you forget to cancel your Advertising Package in settings, no refunds can be issued for the platform fee charge.
