How to Manage Localisation Preferences

  1. Go to Workspace Settings
    Tap the gear icon in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

  2. In the Workspace Settings section, open the Localisation menu.

Localisation Settings You Can Configure

  • Country
    Set the default country, which helps format phone numbers correctly when they’re added.

  • Timezone
    Defines the default timezone for newly created events and sets the timezone used across your calendar views.

  • Date and Time Format
    Choose how dates and times are displayed throughout the dashboard. This setting applies company-wide but can be overridden by individual users in their personal settings.

    Changes to date and time format will also apply to all existing events.

  • Distance Unit
    Set the default measurement unit (e.g., kilometers or miles) for distance-related fields in the app.

These settings ensure a consistent experience across all users and help localise your workflow effectively.
