How to Update Aisles on Your Machine List
Managing your machine list is an important part of keeping your business running smoothly. One key aspect of this is updating the aisles on your machines. This allows you to keep track of your inventory and ensure that your customers have access to the products they want. In this article, we will walk you through the steps to update aisles on your machine list.
Step 1: Navigate to the Machine List
The first step is to navigate to the Machine List on your account. This can be found by logging into your account and clicking on the "Machine List" tab. Once you are on the Machine List page, locate the machine you wish to update aisles for.
Step 2: Click "Aisle Goods"
Once you have located the machine you wish to update, click on the "Aisle Goods" button. This will bring you to a page where you can manage the aisles for that specific machine.
Step 3: Select Products for Each Aisle
On the Aisle Goods page, you will see a list of all the aisles for the selected machine. To update the products for each aisle, scroll through the drop down menu under each aisle or type to populate. This will allow you to select the products that will be available in each aisle.
Step 4: Set Retail Price for Each Product
Next, you will need to set the retail price for each product. This is the price that will be displayed to customers and is pre-tax. You can do this by entering the price in the designated field next to each product.
Step 5: Set Capacity for Each Aisle
The capacity of an aisle refers to the maximum inventory that the coil can hold. To set the capacity for each aisle, enter the number in the designated field next to each aisle.
Step 6: Enter Current Stock
In the "Current Stock" field, enter the number of items you will be loading into the aisle upon installation. This will help you keep track of your inventory and ensure that you always have enough products available for your customers.
Note: you may also update inventory count on the machine itself by going into the admin menu and then slot management. Note: the count display the current count, so if you have 4 vapes and add 3 more, change the count to 7.
Step 7: Set Single Stock Warning
The "Single Stock Warning" allows you to set a threshold for low stock alerts. For example, if you set the threshold to 2 items remaining, you will receive an email when the stock hits this number. You can set this for each aisle separately.
Step 8: Enable or Hide Aisles
To make an aisle active (visible) or hidden, toggle the green/red switch next to each aisle. This will allow you to control which aisles are available to customers.
Step 9: Save the Configuration
Once you have made all the necessary updates, click on the "Confirm" button on the bottom right to save the configuration. Your changes will now be reflected on the Machine List page.
