1. Receive Reimbursement Statement:

Every Friday, Nayax sends a reimbursement statement via email. This report covers transactions, fees, and settlement for a specific 7-day date range (midnight to midnight). Each business day runs from midnight to midnight. Note that there is a 6-day lag period. For instance, reimbursement (deposits) for Week 47 (covering 11/15 - 11/21) would be paid out on 11/27.

Payout date: 11-27 (Friday morning)

2.Check Direct Deposit:

On the same Friday morning, the net revenue (after credit card fees) will be directly deposited into your bank account. The report will include line-itemized details per machine.
