For operators and technicians verifying motor functionality during machine setup or troubleshooting.

Updated over a month ago

  1. Access the Admin Menu

    1. Long press on the top right corner of the touchscreen for 3 seconds.

    2. When prompted, enter the admin access password and tap Confirm.

    3. You will be taken to the Admin Menu.

  2. Open Slot Management

    1. From the Admin Menu, tap Slot Management.

    2. A list of aisle numbers and their corresponding motors will appear on the screen.

    3. You can also adjust the number of products for each aisle here if needed.

  3. Use the Debug Feature to Test Motors

    1. Locate the Debug tab next to each aisle.

    2. Tap Debug for an aisle (e.g., aisle 1) to spin the motor in that aisle.

    3. Keep the machine door open and visually verify that the motor rotates a full 360° — no more and no less.

    4. This confirms the motor is operational.

  4. Repeat for All Aisles

    1. Test each motor 3 times per aisle to ensure consistency.

    2. If the motor spins correctly every time, the aisle is ready for product loading.

  5. About the Alert Message

    1. If you tap Debug when no product is loaded in that aisle, the machine will sound an alert:

    “Please contact administrator.”

This happens because no product falls and the sensor doesn’t detect anything, triggering the alert.

Wait for the alert to finish, then continue testing the next aisle.
