Start by clicking on Students
Click Merge
In this example Ashley has one record in the the system for Basketball and Volleyball and another for Track. Let's merge them into one.
Search for Ashley
Select the 2 records for Ashley and click on Merge Students.
Review your selection and click Merge again to confirm
Now there is only one record for Ashley with all 3 sports associated with her name
