How do I create my account using the Vault mobile app?

Getting started with Vault's mobile app is quick and easy

Your employer will send you an email invitation to create an account with the Vault mobile app. Before you begin creating your account, make sure to download the Vault app on iOS or Android.

Creating your Account

  1. Open the email with the subject line, "Welcome to Vault Platform”.

  2. Click Generate Organization Code.

  3. You'll be directed to a web page to generate your code.

  4. Copy the code and proceed to open the Vault mobile app.

  5. Tap on Get Started.

  6. Paste the code from the clipboard and tap Next.

  7. Enter your preferred email address.

  8. Set a password that is a minimum of 9 characters that includes one uppercase letter and one number.

If you've deleted or lost your initial invitation email, you can request a new one within the app by clicking Need an organization code? Get it here. and entering your work email address.
