Vault's app is a personal safe space where employees can record any feedback or concerns that they may wish to flag to their employer.

Any information added remains securely encrypted on your mobile device. It's not made visible to anyone in the business until you submit it as an official report.

Once a report has been submitted, only you, the assigned Case Team, and any company-level Super Admins can view the report.

A Super Admin is designated by your company as responsible for oversight and governance of the company's Speak Up program. While Super Admins can view the report, only the assigned Case Manager can message you.

In the event that a Super Admin or Case Manager is a named offender in your report, they will not be able to view your report.
