If you are an admin, click on the user profile icon on the top-right corner and select "Manage Users." Then, click "Add Users" and follow the prompts to add a new user.

Can I access VCCEdge on mobile devices? |
Currently there is no mobile app available for VCCEdge. However, you can access the platform through a web browser by logging in to the website from your mobile devices.
Can multiple users access VCCEdge with a single login subscription? |
As per our user terms policy, only one user can access VCCEdge with a single login subscription. Additional users require separate subscriptions. Kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.
Why am I being automatically logged out of the portal? |
For security purposes, users are automatically logged out after 2 hours of inactivity. Please log in again to resume using the platform.
