Vector's Limit Order feature currently supports selling only — ideal for setting up Take Profit or Stop Loss trades.
This allows you to automate selling your tokens based on your desired market conditions.
Two types of orders are available:
Stop Loss: automatically sells when the price drops below your trigger price.
Take Profit: automatically sells when the price rises above your trigger price.
⚠️ Limit orders use a trigger-based system. The order activates when the price crosses your target level, then attempts to fill. It does not guarantee execution at the exact trigger price.
❗ If you place a Stop Loss trigger price above the current market cap, or a Take Profit trigger price below the current market cap, the order will execute a market order immediately. Vector will provide a warning if your chosen price is in this range to help protect you from unintended fills.
Currently, all limit orders must involve SOL — meaning you can only trade tokens against SOL, not against USDC or other tokens. We do not support T22 tokens for now.
You can also place market orders and limit orders at the same time. If you reduce your token balance with a market order, your existing limit order may still be partially filled unless you cancel it.
ℹ️ When a limit order executes, your wallet address will not appear as the maker on block explorers or platforms like Dexscreener, Axiom, etc. This is expected behavior due to how Vector executes trades.
Once your limit order fills, you'll receive a notification. You can view your open and filled orders under the "Orders" tab in your Portfolio, as well as under the "Orders" section in the "History" tab on the specific token’s page.
💸 There is a 1% fee on filled limit orders. No broadcast or referral fees apply at this time.
