Our full stock library is royalty-free, and you are free to use them. The stock library is provided by Storyblocks. If you received a copyright claim, you can resolve this on our claims page here.

If the claim is still there, please get in touch with our support and provide us the following:

  1. A Veed project URL with a stock file in it that you will use on YouTube.

  2. Your YouTube channel ID that you can get following these steps.

Our team will whitelist your channel so that you won't receive copyright claims on your uploads going forward.

What if I already got a strike?

If you have not contacted us before uploading stock media to your YouTube channel and you got a copyright strike, please get in contact us with the following information:

  1. Veed project URL that you uploaded to YouTube.

  2. The YouTube video URL that received the strike.

  3. Claimant name - the name of the organization that copyright strikes your video.

  4. Your YouTube channel ID that you can get following these steps.

  5. Your name and Email address.

Our team will try to get rid of the copyright strike.

FAQ

Q: Why can't I whitelist my channel/page on other sites like Facebook or TikTok?

A: Currently, only YouTube has a sophisticated system for handling copyright infringements. Other platforms are behind YouTube in this regard, so we cannot whitelist your channel/page as this function is missing from other platforms.

Q: Can you help with disputes if I only got stock files from your site but edited them on a different site/software?

A: No, in this case, we cannot help with claims or disputes. The editing should be done fully on our platform. If you uploaded the stock file to another editor and edited the video(that received the claim) there, we won't be able to help.
